My name is Freddie Fredericks, and I've been a fitness enthusiast my entire adult life. As a kid, I always wanted to have one of those fitness model bodies. I wanted to be muscular with a six-pack abs and feel strong and athletic. I've built this website to help as many people as possible with the same fitness goals I had.

I love working out because of the fitness and mental health benefits. My problem was I would try to follow a routine for three months. I always get bored with the workouts. I'll stop working out for a month or two. When I returned to working out, I would start from square one all over again.

I started my fitness journey by following the workouts I found in magazines. I realized working out was helping me perform better in basketball. That's when I got hooked. I felt like I was faster and had more stamina.

When I started working out, I performed workouts for Men's Fitness magazine. I find a routine and follow it for about three months. Well, that was happening after about two months. I got so bored from the workouts that I would fall off.

I discovered HIIT workouts back in 2008. I bought a program for Turbulence Training. When I first looked at the program workouts, they seemed easy. I thought I was already in great shape until I started going through the workouts. Once I realized how challenging these workouts were, I was sold on HIIT workouts.

The Turbulence Training program had beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts. In my mind, I was in good shape. So, of course, I started the advanced workouts. Then, I was humbled and went back to the beginner workouts.

What is great about the Turbulence Training program is that there are seven months' worth of workouts. A beginner, an intermediate, and five advanced workout programs are designed and used for a month each. After working my way up to completing those workouts, I felt more athletic than at any other point in my life.

These workouts made my energy levels go through the roof. I felt a lot stronger than before, with a lot more energy. When I played basketball, I felt like I'd never feel tired.

Using the strategies I'll be going through on this website, I lost 24 pounds in 10 weeks. What surprised me was how easily the weight came off when I used the strategies. I would explain to people what I was doing, and they couldn't believe how easy it was.

I saw the best results when I started to marry my workout plan with my diet plan. I learned from Craig that you can't out-train a bad diet. I thought I could eat anything I wanted as long as I worked out. I was young.
